All Beef Smoked Kielbasa garnished with Beef Bacon


Another version of my Kielbasa from a couple of days ago, this time with the mustard seeds left out but with the addition of a garnish of Brisket Bacon. Managed to control the temperature better this time and the result, no cavities in the sausage!
